WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Fluent English speaker (spoken and written); certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Spanish is an additional advantage
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Action-oriented, fast-learning problem solver and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
• Excellent time management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure
• Solid understanding of SAP Finance Master Data (SAP S/4HANA) and its implications
• Experience with Salesforce and Winshuttle is an asset
• Previous experience in an international company
• Familiarity with financial projects and knowledge of ASM, cost objects (GL accounts, Cost Centers, WBS)
• Understanding of exchange rate entries
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Data Management, or Business English is considered an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As part of the Global Data, Insights & Analytics structure, our Corporate Data Lifecycle team maintains, enhances, controls, and analyzes master data-related processes across PMI:

• Act as the first point of escalation for project teams regarding master data queries
• Proactively analyze data and identify opportunities to improve data quality
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across PMI, including business and management
• Support global adoption of finance and corporate master data management processes and tools
• Maintain finance and corporate master data accurately and timely for PMI affiliates
• Manage the Authorized Signatory Matrix tool for workflow approvals
• Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders
• Actively participate in roadmaps, projects, and initiatives impacting finance and corporate master data
