Position Title:  Communication and Engagement Intern

Location: Krakow, Poland 

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication and Engagement Intern to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to create meaningful and engaging communication across various platforms, including written emails, SharePoint content, Teams messages, leaflets, promotional materials, and summaries of actions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize storytelling techniques to deliver clear and impactful messages. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Content Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content for various communication channels such as emails, SharePoint, Teams, leaflets, and promotional materials. Utilize storytelling techniques to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages. 

• Event Support: Assist in organizing engagement events, including meticulous preparation of invites and thorough summarization of meetings. Ensure every detail is attended to, enhancing the overall event experience. 

• Networking and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders to effectively reach our target audience. Collaborate with communication teams and individuals executing initiatives to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging. 

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphic designs using tools like Canva, Adobe or other design software, ensuring all materials are professional and engaging. 

• Video Creation: Assemble and create compelling videos to support communication and engagement efforts, enhancing the visual storytelling of our initiatives. 

• Flexibility and Agility: Adapt to changing priorities with creativity and problem-solving skills, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 

• Language Proficiency: Exhibit an exceptional level of written and spoken English, ensuring all communications are clear and professional. 

Qualifications: 

• Strong storytelling and communication skills. 

• Attention to detail and ability to summarize meetings and events effectively. 

• High sensitivity and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. 

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe. 

• Experience in video creation and editing. 

• Agility, flexibility, and creativity in handling tasks. 

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. 

• Explore and apply and navigate modern AI tools

Preferred Skills: 

• Previous experience in a communication or engagement role. 

• Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
