WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•            Full professional fluency in German and English (in writing and speech)

•            Tech-savviness and comfort with digital tools (LMS platforms, authoring tools)

•            Experience developing, implementing, and managing high-level learning project plans in support of business objectives

•            Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions

•            Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•            A solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

•            Experience leading or coaching others is a plus, but not required—we welcome strong individual contributors with leadership potential

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

•            Partner with business leaders to assess capability needs and identify learning opportunities across the Swiss Commercial teams

•            Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning activities

•            Coordinate the transcreation of learning materials into multiple languages, ensuring market relevance

•            Design and deliver digital learning solutions and e-learnings

•            Lead the development and deployment of learning programs using project management principles

•            Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, driving continuous improvement

•            Collaborate with subject matter experts and global teams to ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic goals

•            Provide coaching and leadership to a team of Commercial Organization Development executives
