WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Ability to craft compelling narratives from data insights to effectively communicate findings and influence decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of DAX & SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and data management software
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including ROI analysis and performance evaluation
• Experience in automating data processes and developing scalable, consumer-centric data analysis methods
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and self-starting approach to investigating consumer behaviors and iterating processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
• English (business communication proficiency)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Support End-to-End Analytics Projects: From gathering business needs to validating hypotheses, delivering outputs, visualizing data, and generating actionable insights
• Enhance Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights and support key business activities, effectively communicating data stories
• Navigate Complex Technology Infrastructures: Identify necessary sources and tools, and understand diverse technology landscapes
• Develop Data Flows: Create logical and conceptual data flows that support project requirements and advise on effective data usage
• Train and Orient End Users: Provide training and orientation to ensure end users are proficient with new systems and processes
• Support Projects and Stakeholders: Maintain documentation, support line managers, and update stakeholders on project status and risks
• Support Automation and Optimization processes: Automate and streamline data collection, transformation, and analysis processes to improve efficiency
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure data solutions meet business needs and drive cross-functional success
• Support Innovations and Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analysis methods and tools, staying ahead of industry trends
