WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally in commercial or data-driven environments
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering business impact in dynamic settings

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies

• Experience in project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting purposes
• Experience in process optimization, performance evaluation, and ROI analysis
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans, drive execution, with the ability to influence decision-makers
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
• English (business communication proficiency
