Purpose of the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Communications Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of CRM automation or BAU communications, ensuring the smooth execution of all automated CRM / BAU communications, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM operations, automation or BAU communications, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and automation tools (e.g SFMC and Litmus)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and other relevant tools

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Operations for CRM Automation / BAUs: Manage and oversee the operations of CRM automation (including journeys, triggers, and transactional communications) / BAU (one-time send outs) communications, ensuring the efficient and effective execution
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the primary point of contact for CRM Leads, CRM Developers, QA and Central Operations Services teams for planning and coordinating all CRM communications (automated / BAU)
- Documentation and Tracking: Proactively create and maintain Confluence pages and Excel sheets to track the development, testing, and go-live stages of all CRM communications (automated / BAU)
- Collaboration: Work closely with CRM Developers and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of communications with high quality. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Bug Fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or bugs related to CRM communications (automated / BAU). Implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Manage resource and capacity planning along with other Ops lead
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on the performance of CRM communications (automated / BAU). Provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for CRM initiatives
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on CRM processes and best practices
