The CRM Analytics Specialist is responsible for leading the analysis and optimization of customer data flows across CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. The role focuses on understanding user behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle segmentation to identify the best next action and deliver personalized communication. Through in-depth analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking, the Senior Specialist supports engagement and loyalty initiatives by translating complex data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role—ideally with exposure to CRM or customer-related data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and translate them into business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle metrics from a data perspective.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, category, and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Experience with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience working with Customer Engagement Platforms Voyado and SFMC.
- Business proficiency in English.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and flows between CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve CRM data architecture, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that visualize CRM performance metrics and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, customer journeys, and lifecycle stages to identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
- Build predictive models and scoring systems (e.g., propensity models, next-best-action algorithms) to support targeted CRM initiatives and improve customer experience.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance CRM strategy and execution.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with privacy regulations in all CRM-related data handling and analysis.

- CRM data quality and system performance: Accuracy and consistency of customer data across platforms, reliability of data flows, and successful integration between CRM and other systems.
- Customer segmentation and behavioral insights: Effectiveness of lifecycle segmentation, depth of behavioral analysis, and ability to identify actionable trends across customer journeys.
- Business contribution and ROI: CRM-driven uplift in sales, campaign return on investment, and measurable impact on strategic business goals.
- Compliance & data governance: Adherence to GDPR and other privacy regulations, audit outcomes, and proactive risk management in data handling.
Key Stakeholders:
- E-commerce Teams: Collaborate on CRM-driven initiatives that support online sales and customer retention.
- Brand and Portfolio Teams: Provide insights to inform brand-specific CRM strategies and customer segmentation.
- Digital Solutions Lead: Coordinate on CRM system architecture, data flows, and platform integrations.
- IT Teams.
- Digital Agencies and Consultants: Partner on campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
- EU HUB Teams/Communities: Share best practices, align on regional CRM strategies, and contribute to cross-market initiatives.
- Legal & External Affairs: Ensure CRM data handling and communication practices comply with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
