WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Overall 3+ (Sr 5+) years of experience of which min 1 (Sr 3+) years in Digital for Engineering / Manufacturing domain in an OPS / IT Project Management department within multinational mid-large size company
• Master’s degree, Engineering or Computer or Data Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience
• English fluency
• Certified in Project management, or equivalent working experience
• Agile certification (Solid knowledge and proven experience of agile methodology to deliver digital product through agile delivery approach)
• Understanding Operations Systems landscape and functionalities
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex problems and its implications to the business
• Strong Project and Product Management capabilities
• Ability to deliver projects against a set of clear KPIs and defines effort (resources, time, cost) required to deliver
• Strong Change Management skills to create and articulate a compelling need for the change, generating confidence for the team and impacted population in times of ambiguity

Deliver the digital strategy for Global Manufacturing and Engineering by leading projects within the Business solutions portfolio to drive the definition, delivery, scale up and evolution of business solutions. This in response to business needs to enable PMI’s Manufacturing of the future strategy through management of cross functional product teams.

• Discover, design, prove, implement, scale-up and evolve new business solutions to enable PMI’s zero loss vision for Manufacturing and Engineering
• Take end-to end solution ownership through the entire life cycle of a digital product
• Ensure solution adoption, user satisfaction and maximum value generation through product backlog prioritization
• Lead user research for customer organizations to build user journeys for best-in-class experience
• Develop new partnerships with technology providers to bring value and user-centricity in digitized processes
• Support the technical design, implementation & evolution of Data Products
• Deliver through agile ways of working and best practices
