WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year, preferably available for 30-40 hours per week 

• Candidate familiar with selected automation or analytics technologies (e.g. AI/GenAI tools, VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, Python) and open to further learning. 

• Willingness to constantly learn new things. 

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, with “questioning status quo” attitude. 

• An educational background in Finance or Economics is a plus. 

• Fluent English speaker  

• Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools 

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?

• In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour
• Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

• Taking part in streamlining, automating, and digitizing processes, including the adoption of AI-enabled solutions 

• Creating/upgrading tools build using vba/power queries/power BI/python to meet users’ needs 

• Actively gaining AI and automation knowledge, experimenting with new tools, and keeping up with emerging technologies 

• Sharing knowledge and best practices by contributing to the AI/automation community through demos, documentation, and collaboration 

• Perform data analysis-to-insight. Break down problems, execute deep-dives and generate findings which are translated into actionable output and business value 

• Examine and interpret data, communicate and present technical information with non-technical stakeholders 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
