WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in forecast analysis and demand planning within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or electronics industry.
- Knowledge of analytical and forecasting methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience in using IBP demand planning systems and SAP.
- Solid analytical skills, especially in MS Excel.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities through analysis.
- Ability to participate in and/or manage projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention and accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
- Generate accurate forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure successful inventory management to minimize stockout incidents across the network.
- Analyze forecasts and parameters in the planning system to ensure optimal accuracy metrics.
- Track KPIs related to shipment forecast accuracy, inventory, and LOGD and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage discontinued items and partner cross-functionally to ensure a smooth, cost-effective phase-out.
- Regularly analyze finished goods LOGD projections and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize LOGD exposure.
- Identify risks and opportunities that could impact the demand forecast, create optimized responses, and validate them with stakeholders.
- Participate in Supply Chain projects and initiatives and lead their local implementation.
For those applying in Poland, the salary for this position will be no less than PLN 8,500 gross per month.
