WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement, including sourcing activities, supplier management and contract negotiation within an international environment

• University degree preferably in Business Administration /Economics / Trade/ Procurement or related fields of study

• Project management experience from Procurement perspective

• Fluent command of English (C1 or higher); knowledge of Greek will be considered a strong additional asset

• Strong analytical skills, solid knowledge and experience in using Excel

• Ability to analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform strategic sourcing decisions

• Customer centric approach accompanied with communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow up on projects and deal with business partners of all levels including senior stakeholders

• Proactive approach, self-driven and able to work independently in a cross-cultural business environment

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As a (Senior) Procurement Sourcing Executive for Greece and Cyprus, you will manage various sourcing processes and work closely with business stakeholders and local procurement team.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaboration with PMI regions, affiliates and Global Procurement to implement global strategies

• Selection of suppliers through bidding processes

• Supplier Relationship Management

• Participation in projects related to Sustainability area

• Advanced spend and volume analysis for strategy development
