WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience with sourcing activities (min. 3 years), supplier management and contract negotiation
• Solid procurement Sourcing experience in in the area of Professional Services and/or HR procurement
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Procurement, or equivalent fields of study
• Very good interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive and agile approach, as well as ability to work independently
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
• Experience in working in multinational/global team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly in using MS Excel
• Excellent command of English (C1)

PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is seeking talented people to join our team in the Procurement Department in Kraków, Poland.

As a Procurement Sourcing Executive responsible for HR category, you will collaborate with PMI People and Culture (P&C) function, PMI affiliates and Global Procurement Center.

You will perform bidding processes in the area of HR Procurement , working closely with business stakeholders and global category managers.

You will conduct market research activities, issue Requests for Proposals, analyze received proposals, make recommendations for supplier selection as well as negotiate and prepare relevant contracts.

Further duties will include:

• • Coordinating the process of renewal or termination of agreements with suppliers,
  • Maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications,
  • Participating in Supplier Relationship Management, and developing supplier-enabled innovations.
