WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A talented finance professional with a degree in Economics or Finance and 3-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Cost Controlling, Forecasting within an international company
- Previous experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or working with factories is a plus
- Proficient English and advance MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI
- The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, while working collaboratively and influencing others
- Attention to detail and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential
- Fast learner of systems and agile in operating with underlying data structures

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Work closely with Factory Controllers’ teams to prepare, consolidate, and reconcile forecast submissions, report actuals, and perform variance analysis of actuals versus forecast
- Be proactive about simplifying, standardizing and automating processes to free up time for supporting Factory Controllers with proactive financial analysis and insights within the assigned cost category
- Lead or be part of process improvement initiatives, continuously improving ways of working in line with the latest industry trends
- Ensure forecast accuracy for the assigned cost category, system maintenance, and compliance with controls, including SOX
