WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

  • 2+ (4+ for senior) years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; experienced in cooperation with stakeholders
  • Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; ability to influence
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics, Medallia or other tools for building online surveys will be an asset
  • English (business communication proficiency)

Purpose of the job: 

The essence of this job is to ensure the successful delivery of projects, programs, and implementation of changes within an organization in a structured and controlled manner to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, tools. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the efficient deployment and optimization of solutions. The primary responsibility will be implementing transition plan and establish in house service. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders, through dedicated communication channels, and support change management processes and procedures. In the next stage working with multiple stakeholders to develop deployment plans and schedules. Job holders will have problem solving skills altogether with wide range of digital transformation processes knowledge around CX topic. This job will ensure strong partnership with internal stakeholders by excellent communication and overall commitment to projects. Part of the job would be also to regularly identify optimization potential with international customers to increase customer experience and point out levers for improvement. Experience with web technologies is a must (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

 

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Create surveys directly on the SaaS platform Qualtrics
  • Develop integration of the results into the system landscape of our customers
  • Configure the solution, including assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and platform integrations, etc.
  • Assess the impact of changes (risk identification and mitigation strategies development)
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders to gain support for change initiatives. Obtain approvals for change from stakeholders, including business owners and other relevant parties. Communicate the benefits of change to stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and tools
  • Support and advise customers on the implementation of customer experience solutions
  • Develop and maintain deployment-related documentation including deployment plan, standard operating procedures etc.
