Your ‘day to day’

 

  • Ensure daily Tax Stamp Warehouse operations are executed effectively and in compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and monitor tax stamp inventory availability to support both domestic and export production requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Excise, SIP, Export Market, TPO, and 3PL/vendors) to ensure smooth tax stamp supply and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze tax stamp inventory against the Weekly Production Plan (WPP) to maintain adequate supply levels.
  • Execute tax stamp-related administrative and compliance processes, including PID, EDPS, and other required procedures.
  • Perform tax stamp usage reconciliation, particularly for export-related activities.
  • Prepare and submit proposals related to tax stamp management, such as export returns and PBCK-4 applications.
  • Generate and maintain periodic reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on warehouse performance and inventory management.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives, including the 90 Days Plan (90DP).

 

 

Who we’re looking for

 

  • Min. College/University, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 2 years experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Excise-related functions

  • Experience in Manufacturing environment

  • Excel in Microsoft Office applications (Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Has SAP knowledge, inventory management, operational administration, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination

  • Able to communicate fluently both verbaland written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
