BE A PART OF A REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE

At PMI, we’ve chosen to do something incredible. We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future.

With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the development of practical leadership training for Line Coordinators (LCs) as key frontline leaders in driving the OPEN+ culture on the shopfloor. While Line Coordinators are technically strong, this role focuses on translating leadership and HR concepts into simple, actionable, and relatable learning experiences that can be directly applied in daily shopfloor situations.

Working closely with the People & Culture team and key stakeholders, you will help transform an existing Leadership Capability design module into facilitator‑ready, shopfloor‑friendly training materials. The internship provides hands‑on exposure to leadership development, learning design, and frontline people capability building in a manufacturing environment.

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

  • Convert Line Coordinators module skeleton into facilitator-ready training materials
  • Simplify leadership and HR concepts into practical shopfloor language
  • Design interactive activities (cases, role plays, games, reflections)
  • Support basic assessment concepts (post-test, reflection, 360° input)
  • Pilot content with stakeholders and refine based on feedback.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Engineering, or Communication
  • Excellent communication for close interaction to higher management
  • Fluent in English & Indonesia both oral and written
  • Comfortable working with data, patterns, and insights
