As a People & Culture - Automation Intern at our People & Culture department, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world software projects. You’ll work closely with experienced developers, gaining hands-on experience and applying your academic knowledge in a professional environment.

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

• Understanding and experiencing PMI DNA, P&ED ways of working, project management, continuous improvement method and tools
• Implementing global-scale projects and to get exposure to local and global stakeholders
• Sharpen the analytical to build insights and tools for decision making 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from HR/Data Analytics/IT/Robotics - preferably in final year
• Creative and excellent communication for close interaction to higher management
• Able to operate and analyze using Ms. Office (Excel, Macro, Powerpoint, Ms. Word), Power BI, Python, Power Automate
• Have excellent analytical thinking
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in Surabaya
