As a Operations Intern, you will support the evamp and develop technical training modules to support the deployment of the Technical Skill Management (TSM) system at Karawang. 

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

• Review and extract relevant content from existing training materials and OEM/global manuals.

• Develop or update 6 high-priority training modules aligned with TSM standards.

• Interact directly with local equipment SMEs and Technical Services personnel as needed. 

• Create Step-Up Card (SUC) questions for each module to support skill qualification.

•  

  Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with documentation standards.

• Track progress and document lessons learned for future module development.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Undergraduate students majoring in Mechanical Engineering. A strong academic background from a reputable university in a relevant engineering or technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory, as the role involves creating and formatting training documents and presentations.
• Basic familiarity with technical drawing and mechanical diagrams is advantageous. 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. The interns will frequently refer to English-language OEM manuals and may need to translate content to/from Bahasa Indonesia, so strong bilingual communication skills are essential.
• Good communication and social skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with various stakeholders (technical services, technicians, operators, business unit & production managers) 
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to the factory environment.
• Willing to be based in Karawang (4 months)
