We are seeking bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.
This role focuses on improving printing performance by analyzing how paper characteristics impact product quality and machine efficiency. You will support data-driven improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and downtime within the production process
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Analyze paper characteristics and printing performance data
- Identify process losses such as bending, twisting, jams, and waste
- Support root cause analysis and performance improvement initiatives
- Create data visualization and structured reporting
- Recommend process, material, or handling improvements
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Pulp & Paper Technology background
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Understanding of paper characteristics and testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and structured problem-solving skill
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Location: Karawang, West Java, Indonesia
- Duration: 6 months
