What You'll Do

• Analyze operational routines and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements
• Map processes and gather requirements from stakeholders
• Consolidate information from multiple sources into structured outputs
• Design, develop, and prototype AI-enabled support tools
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve usability and effectiveness
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and future improvement opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic data visualization skills
• Strong interest in AI and prompt engineering

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI productivity tools
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or operational management processes
• Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
