YOUR DAY TO DAY
-
Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.

Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
-
Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.

Oversight that the processes of DMS (BOS, QBos, CL and CIL etc) are completed on time and with the highest quality of execution, assuring the respect of the standards

Activate actions on the shifts to comply with quality of the product, involving the main stakeholders

Ensure the highest internal and external consumers satisfaction, through Open+/IOS tools.

Ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor (PLC, MES, LES, MPA, MINT, SPA, etc.) in order to guarantee data integrity

Guarantee production plan shift adherence maximizing the perfomance of the line(s) and consumer service level operating on the production line in case of need.

Lead/participate to DDS execution and decision making process

Coach/lead the shift daily direction setting, retrieve stops/MTBF from reporting systems, identifying the major causes of losses and establishing with the team a daily plan to improve performance.

Support planned activities, namely preparation and follow-up of shift planned stops and change overs execution.

Ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment and fix the minor quality and operational troubles in order to achieve/exceed the planned volume.

Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the technology in case of need, supporting digital solutions implementation.

Lead team members in order to secure effective coverage on the production line

Coordinate the execution of the required maintenance checks to ensure equipment basic condition.

Follow-up on effective execution of DMS, ensuring a proper coordination with maintenance lead, members of autonomous/self sufficient team to fix defects and execute maintenance routines.

Support Process Lead on data integrity and reports preparation about production losses.

Ensure a proper handover between shifts, supporting team members on is execution

Coach the autonomous/self sufficient team members guaranteeing cross functional training plan

Develop capabilities and follow the professional growth of the team, providing regular feedback in coaching session

Effectively motivate the team to achieve the assigned line(s) business results.

Provide all relevant information for the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and project managers in order to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge in order to continually increase competences and expertise.

Complete the necessary forms and make timely data entry into the information systems to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention.

Take responsibility for the completion of own and team training and development plan and comply with the established requirements.

Implement Standard work process defined in Pillars (AM steps, quality factor, problem solving SWP, etc)

Ensure self and team capabilities based on QM. Own and cover the crew leader role. Promote and develop equipment ownership within the team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum High School Degree with Technical background
- Overall Experience: 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing:
- Specific Experience: 2 years on maintaining or operating equipment
- Knowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPA
- Knowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantage
- Basic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and skills in applying lean production tools
