YOUR "DAY-TO-DAY"
- Deliver accurate and timely ALT testing results
- Ensure high-quality defect reporting and investigation support
- Maintain operational continuity and system readiness
- Ensure data integrity, KPI tracking, and deviation control
- Supervise operators and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Bachelor's degree Mechanical, Electronic/Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent. (Preferred: Master's or Bachelor's degree with exposure to laboratory testing, reliability, or electronics.)

Min. 3 years of experience in laboratory testing, manufacturing, electronics testing, or reliability engineering.

Experience working in a shift-based or continuous operations environment.

Experience in Accelerated Lifecycle Testing, reliability systems, or failure analysis.

Experience supervising or coordinating technicians/operators.

Hands-on experience with firmware tools, data monitoring visualization (i.e, Power BI), or automated test equipment.

Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office (Excel intermediate to advanced), SAP, and data handling.

Ability to read error logs and set up the device through SCP command, conduct component measurements, and perform device disassembly (ie, soldering/desoldering PCB).

Strong understanding of equipment safety, HIRADC, and EHS compliance standards.

Ability to create presentations (PPT) for weekly/monthly reviews.

Capable of performing root-cause-oriented observations for failure analysis.

Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotating schedule.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with global teams.
