Key Accountabilities

Security, Market & Fleet Safety

• Coordinate security, market safety, and fleet safety programs in line with company standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, compliance reviews, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
• Support fleet safety initiatives, driver training, safety campaigns, emergency preparedness activities, and business continuity planning.
• Provide safety and security oversight for workplace projects, relocations, business events, and employee travel.

Security Operations

• Coordinate day-to-day security operations across offices, warehouses, and other business locations.
• Monitor guarding services, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident response activities.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation measures, and oversee service provider performance.

Budget, Governance & Reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, procurement, and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain risk registers, policies, procedures, action trackers, and governance documentation.
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates for key stakeholders.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance forums.

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate security, safety, and fleet training programs, awareness campaigns, and emergency drills.
• Develop communications that promote safety awareness, compliance, and proactive risk management.
• Leverage analytics, reporting tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Health & Safety, Security Management, Risk Management, Fleet Safety, Business Continuity, or Project Management certifications.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security operations, market safety, fleet safety, EHS, risk management, emergency preparedness, budget management, or a related operational role.
• Experience working across multiple locations and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, incident management, training coordination, reporting, and financial processes.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
