Your ‘day to day’

Brand Management: Oversee the ZYN brand, ensuring alignment with global brand architecture and spearheading innovation and product development initiatives.

Marketing Planning: Develop and manage the marketing calendar, defining and measuring brand activities against established KPIs.

Brand Cycle Materials: Contribute to brand cycle materials to drive brand imagery and consumer engagement.

Research Collaboration: Identify critical brand-specific research needs in coordination with Market Research; work with the research team to understand LAS profiles and preferences

Stage-Gate Process: Owning the end to end Stage Gate Process for commercializing projects via MSF Submissions on Product Lifecycle Management

Who we’re looking for?

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in brand/portfolio plan development and implementation with proven performance in:

  
  Strategy Development: Contributing to market portfolio strategy and brand plan definition, conducting brand performance analysis, and presenting recommendations on brand portfolio priorities.
  Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  Interpersonal & Leadership: Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  Cross-functional Influence: Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  Project Management: Expertise in managing projects effectively.
  Initiative: High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
