We're looking for a Manager Service Delivery & SFP Projects based at our head office in Karachi, Pakistan. Major Accountabilitie

 

  • Lead the budget planning process for warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals responsible for executing warehousing and logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the warehousing network and logistics operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between warehousing and customer service operations to provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the proper distribution of finished goods, maintaining on-time deliveries and adequate inventory levels.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, reduce overstocking, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure all warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations adhere to company standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, production, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, transport providers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead the deployment of global initiatives within the warehousing, distribution, and logistics functions.
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and automation within warehousing and logistics operations
  • Manage relationships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and ensure optimal service delivery.

 

Who We're Looking For

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or related field

 

Experience

5– 6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, planning or a related field. 

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization. 
  • Ability to manager direct and in direct reporting team including permanent & 3P employees
