Your ‘day to day’

• Reporting Tasks: Ensuring Stock register is circulated to FSF on timely basis and also ensuring that all stock registers are received with the distribution services on time. Furthermore, ensuring national monthly targets compilation on Region, Area, Town and DSR level and timely dissemination of the same to field teams.

• DMS Software and Vendor Management: Managing the distribution management system and helping field team for smooth running.

• Troubleshooting the problems through vendor management and training the field teams on the software.
• Discount Proposals: Creation of discount proposals with coordination of field teams and taking approvals from relevant stakeholders (IC, Tax, CF, Legal)
• Activity Evaluation (Toolbox & Central Plans): Analysing the achievement of toolbox and central plan funded distribution drives and coordinating with field team and commercial finance for activity back checks and timely disbursement of incentives.
• Distribution Contract Management: Preparation of distributor contracts, appointment of new distributors and managing all changes in costing sheet after approvals.

Who we’re looking for?

• Bachelors or master's graduate.
• At least 2-4 years of experience  
• Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Learning Agility, Business Acumen. Mental Agility, Action Oriented & Drive for Results
