Your ‘day to day’

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand forecast for finished goods, considering historical data, trends, and market insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the demand plan aligns with business strategies and objectives.
- Utilize statistical and forecasting models to improve the accuracy of demand forecasts.
- Incorporate the latest business intelligence, market trends, and inputs from internal stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure they align with demand forecasts and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Business Planning, and other key stakeholders to gather critical business intelligence.
- Track, report, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, such as Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA) and Bias.
- Provide support for projects including new product launches, regulatory initiatives, and other business-driven projects.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that demand plans are aligned with factory production schedules.
- Lead and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

 

Who we’re looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop and use statistical forecasting models.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and software (ERP, Excel, or similar forecasting tools).
