Role summary:
We are looking for a Tax Analyst who will handle tax matters and related processes in the Baltics in a compliant, efficient and effective manner. The position can be based in Klaipėda (preferably) or Vilnius.
You will:
- Be up to date with relevant legislation and execute best in class operational Tax processes for Tax reporting, Tax provision, transfer pricing, indirect and direct tax compliance.
- Execute and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations in the respective markets, including payments and/or refunds.
- Provide tax advice and trainings to respective teams in the organization on tax matters to ensure tax compliance.
- Support tax audits and communication with Fiscal Authorities.
- Continuously streamline tax processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in line with company policies and regulation requirements.
We expect that you:
- Have a higher education degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Law.
- Have experience in tax reporting (would be an advantage) or a strong interest in the tax field with a willingness to learn.
- Possess excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Have great analytical skills.
- Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Are fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Salary range for this role is 3,500 EUR gross to 4,500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
