What You’ll Do

 

  • Plan and execute engineering projects that improve safety, productivity, quality, compliance, and innovation.
  • Define project scope, resources, schedules, and activities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage equipment installation, commissioning, validation, risk assessment, and handover.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and internal standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, performance, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and equipment records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support equipment standardization, change management, and continuous improvement.

 

Skills & Capabilities

 

  • University degree in Engineering, such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to independently plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate complex engineering projects.
  • Experience in an engineering or technical function, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment (would be an advantage).
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities, budgets, risks and resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and advanced proficiency in English.

Salary range for this role is from 4224 EUR gross to 5270 EUR. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
