The Opportunity

Our goal is to bring strong talent into our organization and develop them to become an integral part of our future leadership population. To accelerate your development, we are offering a Program Manager position for 12-24 months. By joining, you will take on a few different assignments within the Manufacturing function. While these assignments will primarily focus on the Manufacturing area, they will also provide opportunities to collaborate with other functions and gain a broad perspective on the organization and business.

Please note that this is a permanent position with a 12-24-month duration. Upon successfully completing this period, the goal is to offer you a managerial role and transfer you to the leadership team within the Manufacturing function.

 

By joining us as a Program Manager You will:

  • work on Loss Elimination projects improving key performance indicators;
  • focus on improvements in Manufacturing area while collaborating with other functions;
  • define and execute process improvement strategies and plans for designated areas;
  • have dedicated mentor from Site Leadership team;
  • get permanent position and direct reporting line to Manufacturing Director;
  • enrich your experience and get ready for management position within 12-24 months.

 

Expectations for Team Member:

  • a university degree (technical degree would be an advantage);
  • demonstrated successful experience in Operations or Logistics, encompassing leadership and effective people management.
  • LEAN knowledge (experience of LEAN application in Manufacturing would be an advantage);
  • excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills;
  • is flexible, embraces the change, creative, yet keeps the ownership;
  • eager to learn and appetite for progress;
  • aspiration to grow in Manufacturing environment;
  • fluently speak in English and Lithuanian.

Salary range for this role is 5700 EUR gross to 6840 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
