YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

 

As a Process Lead at our factory in Klaipėda, you will lead and execute the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving. You will also:


•    Communicate in a timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.
•    Be the process expert/qualifier/coach in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting.
•    Review and analyse line performance data and daily management systems (DMS) in process/output measures to contribute to team action plan to achieve KPIs.
•    Lead and ensure autonomous/self-sufficient team's adherence to all standards.
•    Develop the control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations and ensure that documentation is in place and used in the lines whenever out of limit situations occur.
•    Lead problem-solving activities coaching on standard problem-solving tools.
•    Identify, propose and deploy process modifications to eliminate losses and reduce waste in the lines.

 

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

 

•    Have a university degree (technical degree would be an advantage).
•    Possess advanced computer skills (MS Excel in particular).
•    Show excellent analytical, communication and collaboration abilities.
•    Have expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
•    Are fluent in Lithuanian and English languages (oral & written).
•    Have some work experience in Manufacturing and LEAN application (would be an advantage).

Salary range for this role is 3500 EUR to 4000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
