Who We’re Looking For
We welcome students or recent graduates who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program in manufacturing, you should have:
• Studies in areas like Mechanical, Electronical Engineering, Automation or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
• Experience with Siemens, Schneider, Sick, Lenze, Phoenix, Omron, Cognex and Beckhoff software/hardware would be an advantage
• A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas
• Experience with MS Office
• An interest in industrial application of automation systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Interest in innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills solving and learning new skills

• Location: Klaipeda, Lithuania
• Salary: 1500 EUR gross
