Your “day to day”

 

Join our People & Culture team as a Manager P&C, partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee experience and support the development of people’s growth and organizational evolution strategies. You will play a key role in driving organizational change and shaping culture-related processes within our Manufacturing of the Future organization.

You will:

  • Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, engagement and organization culture.
  • Provide People & Culture advising and coaching on talent-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, rewards and workforce planning.
  • Drive and support organizational change initiatives, including structural changes and talent strategies.
  • Advocate for People & Culture programs and manage their roll-out to minimize business disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement of People & Culture processes and initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Lead organizational transformation and ensure constructive dialog with Social Partners.
  • Work effectively in a Manufacturing environment and understand the specifics of Manufacturing organization.
  • Lead mid-to large-scale People & Culture projects that may go beyond immediate scope.

 

 

We expect that you:

  • Have a university degree in business, psychology or related field.
  • Have proven successful experience in HR Business Partnering or HR consulting type of roles.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Excellence would be an advantage.
  • Bring in depth knowledge of HR key processes, systems, employment regulation/Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Bring strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Have proven experience in change management within organizations, partnering on business strategy development and implementation.
  • Bring in understanding of business management, strategy development and its impact on P&C strategy definition and execution.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle complex employee related matters through analysis, cross-functional collaboration and organizational transition facilitation.
  • Have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Have data driven mindset with the ability to provide insights that support business decisions.
  • Are proficient in English and Lithuanian languages.

Salary range for this role is 8700 EUR gross to 10000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
