RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join the team. As a People & Culture Specialist, you will be part of the People & Culture team, reporting to the People & Culture Manager in Saudi Arabia.
People & Culture specialist role is responsible for ensuring on ground implementation of organizational plans in partnership with local teams; fostering an engaged, inclusive and diverse organization.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
MARKET/CATEGORY/FUNCTION AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
- Collaborate with the people & culture manager and business leaders on the execution and deployment of on ground market/functional strategy.
- Adapt and localize global P&C strategy to unique needs of the market/category/function to drive business success.
- Prepare the implementation & roll out plans for short- and long-term strategic goals, share it with management to deliver market/function ambitions.
- Address people concerns/issues in a timely manner while notably considering business challenges and suggest prioritized solutions that impact business success.
- Provide comprehensive support to P&C manager in various P&C initiatives and projects as required.
- Support the business and cluster TA in team recruitment for PM and 3rd party
ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS
- Support in designing and planning of detailed organizational set up within the defined Operating Model.
- Proactively support with implementation & execution of business change. initiatives together with the market/category/function leadership.
- Advise line managers on change management tools and approaches.
WORKFORCE PLANNING AND TALENT MANAGEMENT:
- Ensure deployment of a sustainable succession pool in line with global talent strategy policies & guidelines to ensure a well-developed, diverse talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Support the team in candidates’ recruitment process including screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Support line managers in talent identification, development and retention policies & procedures.
CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:
- Contribute to create an environment of learning and development within. market/category/function, which enables employees to build critical business capabilities and supports their lifetime employability.
- Act as a role model for the company by demonstrating the values and behaviours that promote a positive work culture. Actively engage with employees at all levels to build solid relationships and foster sense of community.
- Advise line managers on how to improve market/category/function eNPS score, by helping them choose and deploy the correct global assets.
- Provide support in the team building activities and cultural events.
LABOR RELATIONS, COMPLIANCE AND EXCELLENCE
- Work with P&C manager to establish effective employee/labor relations and constructive two-way communications to mitigate risk and sustain a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with country regulatory framework and PMI policies identifying risks early on.
- Role model in P&C Excellence contributing to the overall P&C Operating Model effectiveness.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- KSA national
- University degree from a relevant discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Human resources preferably within FMCG companies
- Previous experience in SAP or Success Factors or Workday or any other HR is an advantage
- Familiar with KSA local labour laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Agile and curious person, flexible to travel within KSA and internationally
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
