About the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience and kick-start your career in a leading multinational organization?

PMI's On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program is designed to help fresh graduates bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional world. Through hands-on experience, structured development, and exposure to real business projects, you will build valuable skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge, develop workplace competencies, and explore potential career paths in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About You

We're looking for driven, curious, and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.

To be eligible, you should:

• Be a Saudi national.
• Be a recent graduate or eligible for an On-the-Job Training program.
• Be available to complete the training on a full-time basis.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Show a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Have a genuine interest in building a career in a multinational environment.

Available Functions

Opportunities are currently available in Commercial back office and field teams.

Available Locations

Opportunities are available in Riyadh and Jeddah.
