RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Finance Executive to join the team. As a Finance Executive, you will be part of the Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance.  This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Finance Executive role plays a critical role in providing accurate cost performance reporting, supporting commercial and marketing teams with proper financial governance, and enabling data‑driven decision making across channels. This role ensures strong cost discipline, accurate allocation of expenses, robust stock monitoring for E‑Commerce, and seamless vendor and invoice management. The analyst is also responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and operational excellence.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY‘

  • Prepare and finalize monthly cost performance reports, comparing actuals versus forecast, and highlight key cost drivers behind variances.
  • Ensure accurate cost codification for all purchase orders raised by the commercial and marketing teams, securing correct financial allocation.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly E‑Commerce stock level analyses, monitoring stock availability, consumption trends, and replenishment needs.
  • Analyze sales trends across all channels, identifying performance patterns, opportunities, and risks to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Support the end‑to‑end invoice processing cycle by maintaining clear, proactive communication with vendors, ensuring timely invoice submission, issue resolution, and alignment on purchase orders, tax requirements, and payment timelines.
  • Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, increase automation, and drive operational excellence.

 

 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • KSA National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in finance/FP&A, or operational finance ideally within FMCG sector
  • Professional certifications or progress toward CMA/ACCA/CPA is an advantage
  • Fluent English & Arabic (Written & Spoken)
  • Previous hands on exposure to vendor and invoice management in coordination with shared services/AP.
  • Experience with at least one ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and PO/invoice workflow tools.
  • Understanding of inventory accounting basics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive in following up with vendors and internal stakeholders and meeting time-sensitive deliverables
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and a continuous approach to growth
  • Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset dedicated to driving commercial success through robust financial governance.
