PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Tech Sr. Solution Manager – Track & Trace is responsible for lead global deployment team within Track & Trace.  The role is accountable for delivering compliant, scalable and future-ready Track & Trace solutions across markets, factories and product categories. Working closely with Tech teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you will align priorities, drive execution and strengthen the resilience, simplicity and value of the Track & Trace ecosystem.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Own the Track & Trace solution portfolio, roadmap and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with PMI Tech strategy, business priorities and regulatory commitments.
• Translate regulatory, business and operational needs into clear solution priorities, delivery roadmaps and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with Tech teams, business functions and external partners to shape solutions, align priorities and drive execution.
• Lead end-to-end solution management from demand intake and prioritization to solution design, delivery and deployment readiness.
• Ensure timely delivery of regulatory and digital capabilities to protect market, factory and business continuity.
• Partner with architecture, cybersecurity and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient and auditable solutions.
• Drive standardization, reuse and simplification of Track & Trace capabilities, interfaces, deployment packages and operating processes.
• Govern complex initiatives by managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, budget and milestones.
• Manage vendors and partners, including delivery performance, resource planning, budget discipline and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Track & Trace Technology team, including direct reports and consultants.
• Ensure PMI standards and controls are implemented and maintained, including CSV, information security, risk, auditability and compliance requirements.
• Promote automation, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve solution quality, delivery speed, compliance assurance and operational efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 8+ years of experience in IT, solution management, technology delivery or product management in a global organization.
• Strong expertise in Track & Trace, serialization, regulatory-driven supply chain solutions or related manufacturing and logistics technologies.
• Solid understanding of Track & Trace processes, PMI 10C policy and key regulatory requirements such as EU TPD.
• Proven ability to manage global technology solutions, including roadmap definition, prioritization, delivery governance and deployment readiness.
• Experience translating business and regulatory needs into clear technology roadmaps, solution priorities and implementation plans.
• Ability to partner with architecture, cybersecurity and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable and auditable solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, enterprise integrations, APIs, data, analytics and modern digital technologies.
• Strong leadership in global, matrixed environments, including collaboration with business stakeholders, Tech teams, vendors and partners.
• People leadership experience, including managing direct reports and consultants as well as remote teams.
• Strong financial, vendor and partner management capabilities, including budget discipline and delivery performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, PMP or Product Owner certification is an advantage.
