Your ‘day to day’:

1. Strategic Market & Expansion Planning

  • Develop market expansion frameworks by identifying high‑potential clusters, underserved regions, and strategic growth corridors within the PPOB landscape.Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to guide long-term business development priorities.Assess evolving market dynamics—including pricing trends, competitor shifts, and regional behavioral patterns—to inform strategic priorities

2. Dynamic Pricing & Commercial Strategy

  • Lead the formulation of dynamic pricing strategies to ensure POJOK BAYAR’s competitiveness across different market clusters.Continuously monitor market price movements, competitor tariffs, and consumer price sensitivities to maintain optimal positioning.Collaborate with internal teams to define pricing models, service fees, and promotional mechanics tailored to specific regions or partner segments.
  • Design and recommend tactical activations or promotional initiatives to boost transaction growth in targeted clusters.

3. Ecosystem & Partnership Development

  • Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with key partners—including aggregators, distribution networks, and fintech enablers—to accelerate platform penetration.Evaluate partnership models, negotiate commercial terms, and structure mutually beneficial collaboration frameworks.
  • Align commercial discussions with pricing strategy to ensure partner deals support long‑term profitability and growth.

4. Channel & Merchant Growth Strategy

  • Lead merchant acquisition strategy for SRC stores, leveraging both direct and indirect channels to drive sustainable agent growth.
  • Define cluster-based merchant growth strategies aligned with pricing competitiveness, consumer behaviors, and local market dynamics.

5. Solution & Product Alignment

  • Understand partner and merchant needs to recommend the right POJOK BAYAR solutions—including API integration, dedicated channels, and pricing‑based value propositions.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and continuous partner engagement.

6. Performance Steering & Reporting

  • Monitor business performance, transaction trends, pricing effectiveness, and pipeline progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide insight-driven reports—including risk identification, opportunity sizing, and pricing impact analysis—to support management decisions.

 

Who we’re looking for:  

    • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in Fintech, PPOB.
    • Networking Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills with an existing network of potential business partners. 
    • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate partnership terms, fee structures, and contracts effectively.
    • Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret data and market trends to make data-driven decisions. 
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and pitching.
