We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Senior Regional Manager IT (AP) to be based in Jakarta. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
The Regional Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure operations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all infrastructure systems, including IT networks, data centers, and physical facilities. The person filing the position will lead a team of infrastructure professionals, including local TPE leads and managers and regional infrastructure engineer(s), will coordinate with other departments (mainly IT Operations and Product tams) and products. Furthermore, the role will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Work in coordination with the IT Product teams to deploy, maintain and evolve our infrastructure in Factories and laboratories in the region
• Interact with our customers in the region to collect their needs, feedback and keep them updated on new developments and services.
• Oversee the execution of projects affecting the infrastructure deployed in our sites in scope, ensuring that they are executed according to agreed scopes, budgets, plans and resources.
• Consolidate and control regional IT infrastructure spending on equipment and services in alignment with the agreed targets.
• Ensure that our infrastructure is updated and secure, adhering to Cybersecurity requirements while reducing vulnerabilities.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Information Technology
- Technical knowledge on application hosting, networking, endpoint management and cybersecurity, while being able to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborator management skills.
- Strong managerial skills: being able to manage resources based in different locations.
- Ensure mentoring and growth of reporting resources.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with employees and vendors in diverse locations and environments and coming from different backgrounds and technical exposures.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
On top of the above, having these skilss below will be an advantage:
- Experience in manufacturing /leaf/ logistics processes and systems in a factory-based environment.
- Training, Certifications, or credentials in the following areas: Project Management (PMP, other), Agile (Scrum,Jira, Other), Cloud Computing (AWS), DevOps, Integration Platforms (Mulesoft)
- Training, certification, or credentials to Cybersecurity or Security Information (GDPR, LGPD, ISO27001, Privacy data and Foundation, Ethical hacking, Computer Forensics, InfoSec)
- Knowledge in Security vulnerability management (Application of patches, coordination of external teams, definition of actions, and preparation of action plan)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
