Retail Engagement Executive

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Execute direct selling distribution and build good relationship in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) that will promote product visibility and availability through integrated trade programs activities to maximize consumer potency
• Instill awareness and availability of our products, including point of purchase, stock replenishment, product support and post sales services, by designing and implementing all related commercial activities according to company's strategy.
• Find leads and drive contacts through end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience (guided trial / education, follow up, assistance, purchase and other engagement activities) in all defined touch points in the consumer journey as well as explore further potential within the communities according to business strategy.
• Network with different communities and develop creative & innovative ideas to establish our product through various channels.
• Ensure accurate and on time reporting on all activities and initiatives to provide up to date market data, including outcome analysis and performance evaluation

We are looking for:

• Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline with minimum GPA 2.75
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Detail oriented and achievement oriented
• Good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
• Perseverance and agility behaviors
• Team player, proactive, and highly motivated
• Have ability to dealing with people
• Willing to work in field
• Have a driver license (SIM) type C / A
• Willing to be relocate in all over Indonesia

Supervisor Commercial

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
• Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
• Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholder
• Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting overall consumer engagement activities done through different channels in assigned areas, e.g. Media, LAMP/HOP, Event, Community
• Analyzing marketing issues/opportunities in assigned areas, including segmenting, consumer profiling, etc

We are looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
• Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
• Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel
• Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy
• Having a driving license (SIM) type A
• Passionate to work in field and also to be placed in All Over Indonesia.
