Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week

As a Retail Engagement Executive, you’ll bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in GT and MT channels.

Impact You’ll Own

• Own the shelf by maximizing product visibility and availability across GT & MT outlets.
• Win with retailers by building strong partnerships that expand distribution and reach.
• Bring campaigns to life through flawless execution of trade programs and activations.
• Spot the next opportunity by turning market insights into growth actions.
• Drive real results by growing territory performance and consumer reach.

What You’ll Do

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Agile, resilient, and quick to learn
• Team player who enjoys connecting with people
• Ready to work in the field, travel regularly, and relocate across Indonesia
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required
