The Production Executive is responsible in planning, execution, and monitoring of production activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects and events. This role focuses on managing day-to-day production operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards under the guidance of the Manager of Production and Operation.
By ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to timelines, the Production Executives helps optimize costs, enhance productivity, and deliver seamless event experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Your ‘day to day’:

• This position is temporary for 1(one) year
• Assist in developing and implementing detailed production plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and contingency measures.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and organizational standards.
• Oversee the quality and feasibility of production deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Manage on-site production activities during events, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
•  Act as the primary contact for resolving on-site production challenges and escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure that on-site workflows are aligned with overall project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in managing relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on production materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to the Manager of Production and Operations.
• Compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Standards
• Project and Resource management
• Documentation and Reporting

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Production, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Production Management, Safety Standards, or Event Planning are advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in production or operations roles, preferably within the events or entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to manage on-site production activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and compliance with safety standards.
