Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern

Working Arrangement

Join Sampoerna Karya Bangsa to strengthen access to skills-based education and empower Indonesia’s human capital. You will shape SKB’s digital presence through meaningful content for youth, job seekers, MSMEs, government stakeholders, and potential partners.

Impact You’ll Own

• Build awareness of SKB’s mission, values, and programs
• Strengthen SKB’s credibility in vocational and entrepreneurship development
• Support program participation and partnership opportunities through digital communication
• Improve content effectiveness using engagement and reach insights

What You’ll Do

• Develop a six-month social media strategy covering platforms, content themes, and posting frequency
• Create a six-month content calendar and rollout plan
• Produce engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Develop guidelines for responding to comments and messages
• Launch and manage SKB’s social media presence in line with internal policies
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Skills & Capabilities

• Active Student in Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategy
• Content creation and visual storytelling skills
• Copywriting and audience-focused communication skills
• Social media analytics and reporting skills
• Ability to develop and manage content calendars
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication.
