As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the development and execution of strategic learning initiatives. You will work closely with the People & Culture team to optimize learning platforms, curate relevant and future‑ready content, and design engaging learning communications and campaigns. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to learning strategy, employee engagement, and change enablement in a fast‑evolving business environment.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Develop a multi‑channel learning campaign plan to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create engagement and gamification initiatives to encourage active learning participation.
- Curate bite‑sized, relevant learning content suited to employees’ daily work.
- Produce campaign communication assets and define key engagement metrics.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from any major.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design simple messages, campaigns, or engagement ideas.
- Agile, driven, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Graphic design skill is a plus point.
