Your ‘day to day’:

  • Work with our media agency to ensure our media planning and buying across traditional or digital media to drive the optimal reach and media effectiveness. Familiarity with working with media partners will be a plus.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact paid media campaigns and initiatives. Map and optimize the consumer journey to ensure seamless and engaging brand experiences across all touchpoints. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, developing work that incorporates industry innovation, planning and measurement best practices. Recommend new paid media tactics, concepts, and approaches to inform broader marketing strategy.
  • Monitor media campaign performance to provide recommendations to optimize effectiveness of our media investments. Analyze campaign performance against KPIs and insights, takeaways, and recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization and reporting
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to influence media approach. 
  • Collaborate and driving influence with cross-functional or larger marketing teams to develop fully integrated work. Manage multiple media work streams and deliverables to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution, working in close coordination across internal and external teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Comfortable with administrative and media budget management for big scale marketing campaigns

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Academic Background: preferable Marketing/Management, Economics/Finance or Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering 
  • 5+ years cross-channel paid media experience with a sufficient understanding of media channels. Preferably from a media agency or holds a similar media role in the client side. Knowledge and experience in FMCG categories will be a plus. Demonstrated experience in media planning, either within an agency or within a client organization
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge and understanding of the trends impacting media, measurement and analytics. Proven track record in driving media planning quality and execution excellence. Demonstrated understanding of campaign strategies and translate them into actionable plans with an eye toward data-driven strategies with measurable ROI.
  • Proven track record in building relationships, navigating cross functional teams and presenting to stakeholders and leadership. Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in measurement, analytics and in gathering audience insights and using those to tell a compelling story
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns and working in data-driven environments
  • Experience managing a media agency, or experience working directly with a creative team to marry creative ideas/strategy with media strategy and channel selection
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed media decisions.
