We are seeking bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Preparing, cleansing, and analyzing operational datasets relevant to supply orchestration processes.
- Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize process flows, performance trends, and key simplification opportunities.
- Supporting the documentation and interpretation of analytical findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with process leads to ensure that insights are aligned with business objectives and practical improvement actions.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Data/Business Analytics, Information System Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Foundational to intermediate knowledge of Power BI, including report development, dashboard creation, and basic data modelling
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Macro, including data cleaning, formulas, and pivot tables
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques, such as trend identification and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with process mapping, continuous improvement, or simplification methodologies (e.g. Lean, BPM, Six Sigma) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exposure to SQL, Power Query, or other data transformation tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities independently.
- Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic business setting.

- Location: Karawang, West Java, Indonesia
- Duration: 6 months
