YOUR DAY TO DAY

The Manager Tech Prod Delivery FF is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Local IT solutions tailored for End to End Field Force (FF) operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives and enhance customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders in central, regional and market teams to act as the organizational authority on analyzing the scope and the context of short-term and long-term business requirements that IT solutions must meet. Alignment of business requirements with IT Strategy.
• Be aware of the Commercial system landscape in the Philip Morris International. Understand what related IT systems and capabilities are in place. Consider B2B, FF, and Data platforms and products roadmaps.
• Translate the struggles and challenges of consumers into detailed technical requirements.
• Seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise to manage and oversee all technical aspects of our projects
• Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead product development by defining vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
• Manage the budget, license and contract of the services, continuously drives optimization and seeking for efficiency
• Manage overall deployment scope, timeline, resource capacity, dependencies and priorities between multiple parties.
• Operate within a Product Based Organization framework for decision making and customer relationships management.
• Ensure adoption of effective Project Management practices by IT and business community.
• Ensure project compliance with the organization’s wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes.
• Ensure adherence to PMI IT Policy Framework (ITPF) on security & Data Privacy standards to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Sophisticated spoken and written English
• University degree in Computer Sciences/ Information Systems/ Engineering / Digital
• + 7 years of IT experience in a multinational company Proven working experience on IT Leadership roles or relevant experience. Domain of Commercial, Consumer, e-Commerce, Retail solutions would be an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of IT solutions management and support, Digital or Data capabilities, Information analysis or computer software systems.
• Project Management experience, very good understanding of Agile practices including Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong vendor management skills and managing service level agreements
• Experienced in managing budget and license for IT services
• Strong leadership skills, able to drive and mobilize various parties to overcome challenges and achieve the goal
• Excellent problem-solving skills, “can do” attitude, and ability to work under stress and tight timescales
• ITIL Service Manager certified / or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Understanding of General IT Controls process would be an advantage.
• Having experience on Technical & DevOps such Continuous Deployment, Testing Automation, Continuous Monitoring.
