An IT System Analyst B2C is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing technology solutions that support business-to-consumer operations. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation by gathering requirements from stakeholders, evaluating system capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration between platforms. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to enhance customer experience, streamline digital processes, and support data-driven decision-making. A strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital platforms, and system architecture is essential to ensure that technology effectively supports business goals
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Be aware of the Consumer and / or Commercial system landscape in the Philip Morris International. Understand what related IT systems and capabilities are in place. Consider B2C, B2B, B2B2C and Data platforms and products roadmaps.
- Translate the struggles and challenges of consumers into detailed technical requirements.
- Seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and oversee all technical aspects of our projects
- Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies.
- Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
- Manage overall deployment scope, timeline, resource capacity, dependencies and priorities between multiple parties.
- Ensure project compliance with the organization’s wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes.
- Ensure adherence to PMI IT Policy Framework (ITPF) on security & Data Privacy standards to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Sophisticated spoken and written English
- University degree in Computer Sciences/ Information Systems/ Engineering / Digital
- +3 years of IT experience in a multinational company Proven working experience on IT Leadership roles or relevant experience. Domain of Commercial, Consumer, e-Commerce, Retail solutions would be an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of IT solutions management and support, Digital or Data capabilities, Information analysis or computer software systems.
- Strong vendor management skills and managing service level agreements
- Excellent problem-solving skills, “can do” attitude, and ability to work under stress and tight timescales
- ITIL Service Manager certified / or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Understanding of General IT Controls process would be an advantage.
- Having experience on Technical & DevOps such Continuous Deployment, Testing Automation, Continuous Monitoring:
- Software Development: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. This includes designing, implementing, and managing databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Cloud Computing: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- API Integration: Expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Cybersecurity: Understanding of security protocols and best practices. threats.
