your 'day to day':
- Develop and coordinate the creation and production of branding and promotional materials that support brand and business objectives.
- Design and maintain brand visual identity through the development and governance of creative toolboxes, guidelines, and brand guardrails.
- Develop compelling creative concepts that reinforce brand positioning and strengthen consumer engagement.
- Drive distinctive storytelling through consistent visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, and emerging creative technologies.
- Oversee the development of content across multiple formats and channels, including digital, social, retail, CRM, web, paid media, and experiential platforms.
- Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative production, including photography, videography, CGI, animation, and other marketing assets.
- Ensure messaging consistency and maximize synergies across all communication channels.
- Measure content effectiveness and continuously optimize creative performance based on consumer and business insights.
- Develop activation strategies that translate brand objectives into impactful consumer experiences across events, retail, and other consumer touchpoints.
- Support execution of brand activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and visual guideline.
- Own the creative direction and quality of all branding elements across activations, ensuring consistency, visibility, and premium execution throughout the consumer journey.
- Support the planning and execution of both local and global consumer promotions, ensuring seamless adaptation and implementation within market requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional mechanics, consumer journeys, communication plans, and execution frameworks.
- Monitor performance and derive insights to continuously improve effectiveness and consumer experience.
- Identify and cultivate strategic collaborators, creators, and IPs to co-create brand-building initiatives that enhance consumer engagement and brand relevance.
Who we’re looking for:
- Academic Background: preferable Marketing/Management, Economics/Finance or Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in brand building, consumer activation planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and Presentation skill, both in Bahasa and English
- Proven experience in collaboration and strategic thinking
