YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

  • Industrial & Employee Relations Strategy and Plan: implements programs against the agreed plan, monitors and reports progress and recommends changes/correction where necessary in order to create external stakeholder support that can support the business growth.
  • Employee Relations: performs employee relations/ engagement activities as per specific activities in order to engage and motivate employee to support business objective.
  • External Stakeholder: performs engagement activities with external stakeholder.
  • Dispute Settlement: performs investigation, prepare investigation report, issues disciplinary action, conducts bipartite process, and prepares document in order to comply with the labor law and company policy and practices and to safeguard company interest.
  • Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) and Wages : conducts analysis on data, influences unions informally, supports the negotiation process with the Union to achieve the objectives defined by the Management; registers CLA to Manpower Ministry; conducts socialization of  CLA/wages to all relevant employees.
  • Labor regulations : monitor labor regulations, conduct analysis and impact, and prepares report.
  • Internal Stakeholder relations (Labor Union/LKSB) : conducts engagement activities with internal stakeholders as her/ his assignment/ responsibiliy (by factory).
  • Project: implements any IR related project and others Project assigned in order to help achieve project objectives.

 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Minimum College/University - Bachelor degre
  • Up to two years experience in P&C (HRD) or Law/ Legal  with fresh graduates are welcom
  • English proficency, written and spoken
  • It would be preferable if the candidate has completed the relevant test and can present their certificate, although this is not mandatory
  • Agile, confident dealing with ambiguity, interpersonal savvy
  • Communication skills with a good ability to build relations with management team in her/ his area and stakeholders
  • Leadership, Analytical thinking (Data Analytics)
  • Solid knowledge in Man Power regulations and other related regulations (is a plus)
  • Solid experience in actively participating in organizations in university and or social/ community/ etc, with preference  to candidates who have leadership experience in organizational roles.
