Your ‘day to day’

- Accountable for the overall product quality performance of external design and manufacturing partners, ensuring full alignment with PMI quality standards.
- Guarantee best‑in‑class consumer experience by securing superior product quality, performance, and reliability across all finished products.
- Ensure correct implementation of PMI quality requirements across all manufacturing and delivery processes at external partner facilities.
- Sustain and govern the Quality Control Program, ensuring consistent product quality levels as the business model expands with additional external partners.
- Lead and ensure the definition and implementation of PMI quality requirements prior to technology transfer, projects and capacity expansion in ensuring seamless and compliant onboarding of external partners.

Who we’re looking for

- 5 years above working experience of quality and engineering discipline in manufacturing industry
- Experience in high volume manufacturing busienss models management
- Thorough knowledge of Quality System, project management and advance quality philosophy, i.e. Six Sigma methodology
- Experience in ISO13485 quality standard of FDA is an advantage
- BSc degree in Engineering or equivalents.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt will be an advantage.
